"Ars Nova" is Latin for "The New Art". You can think of this album as our sort of thesis statement. Petal Blight was formed around a few core concepts, not the least of which was to get together a bunch of sounds you don't usually hear in a rock band. This isn't a concept album so much as a proof-of-concept album.
